Our production process begins with the acquisition of customer orders which contain all the relevant product manufacturing information, subsequently the sales office prepares the relative work sheets. The work sheets will accompany every order through all the stages of manufacture, from cutting to final dispatch of the finished neckties. Upon customer request we can supply linings, composition labels, various forms of packaging and above all different interlinings. As we have a CAD/CAM cutting system and a double spreader, we keep in stock a selection of fabrics for interlinings this enables us to respond quickly to emergencies. Furthermore, we offer a vast range of styles, single or sets ( main interlining plus cotton), with the ability to manufacture styles with blades of 11cm up to 4cm, and lengths reaching 170cm. We assure production flexibility even for minimum quantity orders. Our suppliers are the most qualified available on the market in as much as our ‘Made in Italy’ is guaranteed not only for manufacturing but also for all the accessories, raw materials used.
