It was April 1972 when l was born and my parents, Biagio and Reparata, had just embarked on a new adventure. Initially it was to be only a temporary occupation, until something steady came along, however it soon became the reason of our life: this adventure was sewing neckties. My earliest childhood memories are of the family activity and we can say that I grew up in a world totally different to our usual South, a world made of silk, needle and thread, filled with kind and honest people, with a bond that went beyond the simple and sometimes impersonal employer-employee relationship. The company was becoming one big family and today, after nearly forty years, that feeling of warmth and respect from our employees has remained unchanged. The enthusiasm, passion and kindness of the people, who l grew up alongside of, together with the use of new technologies, which we were always ready to try out, have increased and improved our skills. Our desire is to convey you into this atmosphere, where tradition and technology meet, ability and technique, heart and brain, all aimed at making our products unique and of great value.
